Mr. Rebo’s journey in the automotive industry dates back to his first professional experience with Porsche, one of the world’s most respected luxury car manufacturers. His relationship with Porsche began in October 2001, where he first served as an intern and later worked on his master’s thesis. During this crucial period, he lent his burgeoning skills to the management team of the brand new Porsche plant in Leipzig, Germany.

Mr. Rebo was part of the monumental task of building the plant and ramping up production of the very first Porsche Cayenne, a milestone in the company’s history. His involvement in these critical operations allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the intricacies of automotive plant construction and the high quality of production that has become synonymous with the Porsche brand.

It was this formative experience at Porsche that Mr. Rebo cites as the turning point in his career.
